Antonio Caporaso was born in Benevento - South Italy - and studied at the Conservatory of his native town where graduated, gaining full marks, in Composition (Claudio Perugini), Organ and Organ Composition (Francesco Di Lernia and Giovanni Clavorà Braulin), Harpsichord (Andreina Di Girolamo) at the Conservatory of Campobasso and Choir Conductor (Claudio Perugini) at the Conservatory of Avellino.
