Camillo De Nardis (Orsogna-South Italy 1857 – Naples 1951) teacher at the Conservatory of Music St. Pietro a Majella in Naples between 1882 and 1884, as well as at the Military Academy of Nunziatella in 1885, and at the Palermo Conservatory between 1892 and 1897. From 1907 to 1922 he went back teaching at the Naples Conservatory as a deputy Director succeeding Paolo Serrao, until 1929. He composed several operas and chamber music.
