DANIELE FAZIANI BRIEF CV

(soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophone player, drummer, conductor, arranger, composer, teacher, and educator)

At the age of just 4, he began playing the drums, accompanying his father Giuseppe in a variety of performances. At 14, he began studying the saxophone, encouraged by his father, a clarinetist and saxophonist, graduating with honors in 1982 from the G.B. Martini Conservatory in Bologna.

For 40 years, he played with the Bologna Municipal Theater Orchestra as principal saxophonist, and regularly performs with the Modena Philharmonic Orchestra and the RAI National Orchestra in Turin. He teaches saxophone at the G.B. Martini Conservatory in Bologna.
